These rates apply only when the seller chooses Keisho Managed Sale / Seller Representation. The fee is progressive, so each percentage applies only to the portion of transaction value inside that bracket.

A small seller can use the marketplace and complete a standard self service transaction at 0% success fee. If the seller wants Keisho to actively manage the transaction, the ¥500,000 minimum protects the economics of the Managed Sale service.
