keisho.biz is operated by Keisho 合同会社 (“Keisho”, “we” or “us”). These terms explain the use of our website and its inquiry and booking features. They do not replace a separate client agreement for paid services.

2. Inquiries, bookings and paid services

Our website introduces Keisho’s business acquisition, market entry and related support services, including support for international and local clients.

Submitting an inquiry, booking a call or joining a waiting list does not by itself create a paid engagement. Paid services, including the applicable scope, fees and other engagement terms, are governed by a separate written agreement accepted by Keisho and the client.

3. Website information and acquisition decisions

We take reasonable care with the information on this website. Business opportunities, market information and transaction timelines can change and require case-specific verification.

Website information does not replace transaction-specific legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice. Acquisition completion, financing, approvals and commercial returns are not guaranteed.
